Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your SabManage account and the data linked to it.
From the app
Log in, tap your name at the top, then tap “Delete my account” at the bottom.

What is deleted
- Your login, name, mobile number and email.
- If you are the only owner of a business: its bookings, clients, stock, menus, invoices, payments, vendors, staff, attendance and all staff logins.
- If you are an employee: only your login. The business data stays with the owner.
How long it takes
We call you to confirm and delete the account within 7 days. Some invoice records may be kept for up to 8 years where tax law requires it.
